Lies, Lies, Lies Revisited 2012

Has any of the LIES changed in this EESCAM story since December 2009?  Has EESTOR delivered one, not two, just one EESU to Zenn which meets the '536 patent specs?  Has anyone with or without a bag on his head witnessed an EESU meeting the '536 specs within the last 20 years?  The apologist and enabler of EESTOR's fraud, Brennan Joseph Murphy, the eestor news blogger with the bag on his head, AKA "B", eestorblog, and or Baghead, hasn't change one bit.  He wants you to believe he has just been an innocent reporter reporting the EESCAM story.  Brennan seems to forgotten about the Air Force Research Laboratory emails.

The following is an example of how Brennan is an apologist and enabler of EESCAM's fraud; nothing has changed since December 2009:

Since Lyle likes to blog about EESCAM, I would like to remind everyone we went through the same lies and BS in 2008 by Dick Weir, Tom Weir, Ian Clifford, and the pumping of EESCAM by Baghead.

In a blog by Lyle October 27th, 2008 (Update From EEStor CEO Richard Weir: No EESU Delivery in 2008) Dick Weir stated EESCAM will not deliver anything to Zenn 08 due to funding issues. Then Baghead (blogger with bag over his head) pumper of EESCAM posted a blogWed, 29 Oct 2008 with a bunch of BS pumping EESCAM is scheduled to deliver 08. Baghead wrote:
"Those predicting EEStor tricks were quick to devour GM-Volt.com's recent report that there would be no EESU's delivered in 2008. Many other blogs and even the New York Times (for God's sake) covered this tricky story and cited funding issues as the reason for the delay. Skeptics of EEStor's claims, (many of whom have set up camp at TheEEStory.com) reveled gluttonously in the supposed news indicating it was further proof that EEStor will not deliver on it's claims. But was this pre-halloween celebration a bit premature? Yes.", and commented on the last sentence of the blog, "Attention bloggers and reporters busy correcting your previous stories, don't forget to cite the source.".

YES BAGHEAD, I DIDN'T FORGET THE PEOPLE WHO YOU CITED THE SOURCE OF YOUR LIES AND THE PUMPING OF EESCAM WHICH YOU ARE STILL DOING TILL THIS DAY.
For those of you that are new to the EESCAM story, the following sums up the story, courtesy of Steve Pluvia:
"EEStor is nothing more than a vehicle for a Canadian pump-n-dump, specifically Zenn Motors. Zenn has a powerful Canadian hype team supported by a crooked bucket shop (Paradigm Capital), paid promoters and degenerate gamblers."

Mr. Tom Villars LIED to DOE Chicago Office-Office of Chief Counsel

A FOIA officer determines if requested emails and or documents are releasable, or not releasable.  When FOIA requested emails are approved to be released by a FOIA officer, then no individual, whether they are employed by Homeland Security or not, have a bag on their head or not, has the right to determine the emails are not releasable especially if they are granted “News Media Requester” status by the DOE. No ifs, ands, or buts.  Do you understand that Mr. Tom "Homeland Security" Villars, Mr. Joseph Murphy?

Mr. Tom Villars LIED in the email to the DOE Chicago Office-Office of Chief Counsel when he wrote "at a minimum we do publish all the results of all our FOIA request".  TV failed to mention Mr. Murphy and himself will make the final decision in which FOIA emails are released.  If anyone with a bag over their head wants to play dumb and don't know which emails I am referring to, read my blog dated March 5, 2011.  Mr. Murphy and Mr. Villars had in their possession (at least 6 months) those two emails which they decided not to release after a FOIA officer determined the emails were releasable.

The documents obtained will be shared with Joseph, John Woodward, and others who write articles for the site. While my role in this instance is more research assistant than editor I will from time to time write my own article if the documents fall into my area of specialization. Of course what happens with the documents we find with this FOIA request isn't yet known but at a minimum we do publish all the results of all our FOIA request. While this information is "theoretically" available to anyone, in almost all instances the release of this information is considered news by the people reading the sites.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Tom Villars Must Make Full Disclosure

If Tom Villars, Brennan Joseph Murphy's associate at theeestory.com expects the US Navy to recognize theeestory.com as "indeed a media source", use Zenn Motor Corp as a reference, then Mr. Villars must fully disclose he owns >300,000 shares of ZNN.V.  He must also disclose Brennan Joseph Murphy AKA "b", eestorblog, the eestor news blogger with the bag over his head, is the owner/administrator of theeestory.com, and also owns ZNN.V stock.  Tom Villars in his email to Mr. Worsdale, Public Affairs Officer US Navy, omitted mentioning Mr. Murphy.  I wonder why?
I know why.  Mr. Villars would not want Mr. Worsdale to be aware of the following BS by Mr. Murphy the owner/administrator of  theeestory.com:

IC is Mr. Ian "imminent" Clifford, who was CEO of Zenn Motor Corp. whom LIED EESCAM delivery of EESUs was "imminent".  Mr. Villars can explain to Mr. Worsdale IC's LIE .  Then Mr. Villars can explain to Mr. Worsdale how he reached a conclusion Mr. Weir "has always been off by a month or two" (January 24, 2010), knowing for a fact EESCAM missed delivering EESUs to Zenn end of 2007, 2008 and 2009.  

Just as Brennan Joseph Murphy expects he has the right to know how much shares a skeptic of EESCAM has or does not have in Zenn, and has a right to post the info, I expect Mr. Villars to disclose fully to any government agency which he is requesting theeestory.com to be recognized as a media source he has stock in ZNN.V, and Brennan Joseph Murphy is the owner/administrator of theeestory.com.  If Mr. Villars does not make a full disclosure to the US Navy, I'm sure a good old citizen journalist will do.
