Robert Iuvale AKA Fibb Attempts to Smear Capman, Professor Neilson and EE-Tom

Fibb has taken over Brennan Joseph Murphy's AKA Baghead defecto position as PR Agent for EEStor and Bullshitter. Robert deserves absolutely no anonymity for peddling Dick Weir's scam. It is obvious someone within The EEStor Corp is feeding Fibb inside company info. TAC members were suppose to be secretive but somehow Fibb knows their names. It's interesting he knew Kofman was happy when he "won". The following was documented and date stamped from Fibb's chatwing room, http://chatwing.com/EEStorChat#

(Enforcer)
Fibb, why do you think that Evans or Neilson couldn't successfully test the samples?

(Admin)
and who knows, maybe the akron guys can help with ed too
we'll see
Because they tested as a regular capacitor.

(Admin)
jg probably destroyed the layer trying to test it for 2 weeks himself before pn even got it, and/or pn was perhaps incompetent too and it was likely a partial dud to begin with - a stupid move by dw. dw may have given jk and jg a shit layer on purpose to slow down jk from trying to take over his company. i got some indications from a agm scrum that that might have been the case.

(Admin)
but who knows for sure
i know for a fact that jk really wanted to take it over because he knew there was value there
at least i know how happy jk was when he won
i heard about a meeting between ks and jk soon after dw capitulated . jk was over the moon
but it was a very complicated situation
jk wanted the tech but he wanted to get rid of dw
a day ago

(Admin)
and in the end he wanted to get rid of others too
existing big time shareholders and directors stopped him and forced him out by threat of lawsuit and they had enough evidence to present. a quiet exit was preferred by all of course. but if push came to shove it was going to get nasty
lucky we got through that time age are poised to prosper
a day ago

(Admin)
de was in the end unconvinced that dw was telling the truth about the kind of calibration samples he had been given. JK seized the opportunity to used de's prejudice against dw and fear of competition to his advantage.

(Admin)
dw probably didn't trust de with better, more interesting samples. dw again making a bad decision. gave jk an opening to discredit dw and he ran with it
a day ago

(Admin)
when jk said the TAC was unanimous, i think he was actually saying de wont agree with hebner, mallick and tp
and don't get me started on that other guy
ulrich

(Admin)
so in effect the TAC was a tool of JK's not a clearing the air device
but, once jk was gone, mallick and hebner came in and evaluated dw's new testing rig and protocols and said they were fine
mallick simplified some of the data gathering but that's it. and intertek as we know agreed
a day ago

(Enforcer)
DW is an vil genious...LOL
evil

(Admin)
now, recall that 100 Hz and above fiasco before the last jk agm. pico saw right through it
a day ago

(Admin)
that's when the TAC, heavily dominated by de and ru perverted the perceptions of the tech. gg stepped up and bravely said at the agm shareholders aren't getting the full picture here.

(Admin)
he said energy out measurements confirm the energy in measurements were valid
a day ago

(Admin)
but with eetom and other defamers making up bs about serial vs parrallel and poisoning the well and jk trying to further put dw in a corner, etc we ended up in a crisis.
luckily we prevailed and ic stepped up with a business plan that all the directors and major shareholders could agree on
a day ago

(Admin)
a new fresh approach, with one leader, no more counter productive decisions by dw.... with a heavy emphasis on true, world class 3 rd party verification (intertek) and world class expert interpretation / analysis (zogbi)

(Admin)
and a emphasis on something quickly achievable. energy storage would have to take a back seat. they focused on the cap applications because that was largely done and getting energy storage working was going to take an indefinite amount of time and more expertise than they could afford
a day ago

(Admin)
so ic cold called dz and dz came in. saw the facility, ran the cost numbers and looked at the mallick approved test results dw was getting and said.... if you can get these numbers (specs) you will "tip the capacitor industry"
after seeing the facility dz wanted to be more than a temporary consultant
he wanted to be ic's agent

Scams Are Us-Ian Clifford

Here is another SCAM Ian Clifford was involved with discovered by investigative citizen journalist Thubten:

delSECUR CORPORATION Updates its Shareholders on QTECH SYSTEMS INC.'s Board of Directors and Advancements in its Authentication Technology

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt., Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- As previously announced on June 29th, delSECUR CORPORATION is in the final stage of dissolving itself and issuing a liquidating dividend, in the form of QTech shares, to its shareholders on a pro-rata basis. Meanwhile the company wishes to report on the activities of its only asset, QTech Systems Inc., a private Ontario, Canada Corporation.
QTech has recently added to its Board of Directors, Ian Clifford, who replaces Nelson Leite, who resigned from the board to focus and give all of his attention to the technology and not to board matters.  Mr. Leite will continue his role as an Officer of the Company in the capacity of Chief Technology Officer.  In addition Tal Bevan and Gregory Gooch were appointed to the board at the last annual shareholders' meeting. The shareholders had provided for a total of five board members.
The board is now represented by John F. Johnston, CEO, Randall McCormick, President, Gregory Gooch, Tal Bevan, and Ian Clifford. Therefore the board is now comprised of two management Directors and three independent Directors. "We are very pleased to have such a skilled and diverse board," said Mr. McCormick. "Greg, Tal, and Ian bring to the Company a vast amount of knowledge and experience in a broad range of business and public company environments."
On the subject of the technology, we are pleased to report that the prototype for the authentication system has been successfully tested. Our engineering team, under the leadership of Nelson Leite, CTO, has successfully performed over 1 million simulated tests and a significant number of real tests with a "Zero False Acceptances" result. Mr. Leite stated, "I am very pleased with the test results and how quickly they have been achieved. Our next step is to develop an independent "stand alone" unit to be utilized for strategic market demonstrations."
Mr. McCormick, President of QTech, who was also one of the founders of delSECUR CORP, and its current CEO, stressed that, "the technology has undergone such a major advancement over that achieved by its predecessor that we are in the process of completing our application for a new patent to protect this unique intellectual property we have developed. This is a result of today's new available technology and market readiness and acceptance for an authentication / verification system of a person's identity." Mr. Leite further noted that "the timing couldn't be better for our current state of development, as the market has never been more ready for the security and privacy solution being developed by QTech. Whether the biometric data is derived from a finger scan, facial recognition, iris or retina scan, our system will adapt accordingly and create a secure environment for identity recognition wherever there is a need to assure that the claimed identity is the true identity, and we can do this without compromising privacy."
Mr. McCormick further commented that, "We do not intend to be in the manufacturing business. Our intention is to develop a process which will be readily adaptable to any given identity system or product. Our focus is on providing an individual identity with an authentication and verification system that can be applied in virtually every industry where secure authentication is a requirement. Our intention is to license out our software / firmware to applicable entities."
In other news QTech has during the course of the year received funding through Private Placement Convertible Debentures inOntario. "This funding has contributed to the continued development of our prototype," stated Mr. McCormick. The company is continuing to seek funding through equity and debenture subscriptions in Ontario in the Private Sector from Accredited Investors."
delSECUR CORPORATION, a public company (Pink Sheets: DLSC) with its head office in S. Burlington, VT has been involved in the development of a unique authentication process based on abstract images of biological data of fingerprint minutiae.  This technology was sold, under the terms of an Asset Purchase Agreement in October 2009 to QTech Systems Inc., an Ontario, Canada  private Company, in exchange for 49% of the shares of QTech. delSECUR is now in the process of being dissolved and will distribute its QTech shareholdings to delSECUR shareholders.

Scams are US-Ian Clifford Feel Good Cars

Before EEstor/ZENN/The EEstor Corp. scam, there was Feel Good Cars Inc. scam.   Ian Clifford CEO of FGC signed a joint venture with Alternate Energy Corporation (AEC) to produce affordable vehicle that operates not on fossil fuel, but water.  As in EEscam story, nothing was delivered by AEC to FGC...why, because it was a SCAM.
During the EEscam days whenever someone brought up the AEC scam apologist and enablers of Ian Clifford's scams made excuses for IC saying he was naive, he was taken advantage of because he is a nice guy.  What a bunch of BULLSHIT.  When you connect all the dots, everything Ian Clifford is involved in are all scams.  More to come on that courtesy of fellow blogger, extraordinaire citizen investigative journalist Thubten.
This is the FGC/AEC scam story in case you missed it:

Take one all-electric vehicle, add an alternator to keep the battery charged, powered by an onboard internal combustion engine that runs on hydrogen, and top it off with an onboard hydrogen generating system powered by water, and you have the dream combination -- coming soon.

Alternate Energy Corporation (AEC), ticker symbol
ARGY, announced Tuesday that they, together with Feel Good Cars Inc. and others, intend to produce a prototype hydrogen powered internal combustion engine electric vehicle.

With twelve prototype all-electric urban low speed vehicles on the road, Feel Good Cars (FGC) is preparing for production in September of this year, with two thousand in the first year, according to Ian Clifford, President of FGC.  The ZENN™ plant is capable of manufacturing 10,000 cars a year.

Feel Good Cars intends to provide the platform and technical know-how relative to their ZENN™ electric technology, which stands for "Zero Emissions No Noise."

Limited to 25 miles per hour, the ZENN is a city-driving-only vehicle.  As a low speed vehicle (LSV), the ZENN is governed by special licensing and registration stipulations that vary from state to state in the U.S.

Alternate Energy Corp (AEC) specializes in making hydrogen on the fly for a hydrogen-powered back-up power system for industries, business, and home.  In this, their main project, they use a truck engine that is designed to run on hydrogen.  They expect to be in production of these units also by the end of the year.

Now that they have met each other, AEC plans to retrofit a ZENN so it will run with electricity produced from an on-board 3-HP internal combustion engine that runs on hydrogen that is produced on the fly from water.  They estimate that there will be not only enough electricity to recharge the battery, but also to run the motors.

Their objective is a hydrogen-from-water powered car that can be produced at a price affordable to middle income households.

"What comes out the tail pipe is a mist of water," said Blaine Froats, Chairman of AEC.  "For every gallon of hydrogen fuel in, you get one gallon of water vapor out."

Clifford estimated that the hybrid hydrogen-electric vehicle they are producing in associate with AEC will be ready for initial on-road testing in early 2005.  Froats expects that AEC can meet that schedule.  The AEC press release was even more ambitious, envisioning a demo unit by the end of this year.

"All drive components are ready to go," said Clifford.

"Traditionally, the problem with hydrogen systems is in being able to store it," he said.  "The low pressure hydrogen-on-demand system [by AEC] makes a lot of problems go away.  We are very excited about it."

"The internal combustion engine is a no-brainer, the drive motors are there," said Froats.  "We know from our research and development findings that our on-board hydrogen generation system can economically produce the required hydrogen."

"The complexity of the project is in the electrical side of things," he said.  "When the battery has enough charge, the generator needs to shut off.  Regulating that properly can be a bit tricky."

The proprietary generator takes about six minutes to begin producing hydrogen from water, to run the alternator.  It takes about three minutes to stop running.

The battery they anticipates using can run the car for about 6-7 minutes before requiring charge.  "This is more than ample time for [the hydrogen generator] to be up and going", said Froats.

According to their press release issued yesterday, they anticipate that "the project can provide an alternative to large electric vehicle battery systems and thereby eliminate the need to recharge via electricity produced from the burning of fossil fuels."  Downtime attributed to recharging goes away.

AEC recently demonstrated this hybrid approach on a 1 kilowatt Astris Golf Cart with onboard fuel cell.  "They needed exactly 10 liters of hydrogen per minute, and we delivered bang on", said Froats.  The ZENN will require about 30 liters of hydrogen per minute.

The secret of AEC's propriety technology for generating hydrogen from water is found in the composition of a special alloy that emits bubbles of hydrogen when immersed in water.  Separate the alloy from the water, and the bubbles stop.

The consumption of water in the process is negligible.

The limiting factor is that the alloy is gradually spent in a chemical process that results in an inert substance.  So the alloy needs to be replaced in the system.  In tests, the alloy produced hydrogen for 60 days before it began to cease production.  Another test, by the inventor, who does not wish to be known to the public, ran for 90 days.  A major testing lab is in process of running a wide array of tests to characterize the system capabilities.

"We are presently discussing various ways we might address this," said Froats.  "One idea is to use pellets that could be cycled through."

"If you think about it, 60 days is a long time to be driving straight without ever stopping," said Froats.

The 3-HP internal combustion engine that runs on hydrogen was also developed by an engineer formerly with a major motor company.  The alternator is also an integral part of the internal combustion engine developed by the same team.  AEC recently acquired the rights to use the proprietary hydrogen technology to power an internal combustion engine.

"This combination will give us a strong market edge not just here but in many applications," said Froats.

AEC believes that the initial sales price of the vehicle should not be overburdened by the use of the new technology and that the operating cost should be less than the existing cost of gasoline.

Alternate Energy Corporation (AEC), ticker symbol ARGY, has secured a technology that generates hydrogen from water in the presence of a proprietary alloy that is made from abundant and inexpensive raw materials.

How it Works

"Depending on how we mix the metallic components, we can either increase or decrease the yield of hydrogen for a particular system's needs," said Bart Seigel, Director of Engineering at AEC.  The alloy "sets up a catalytic reaction that results in the cracking of water," said Seigel.

The process is pH sensitive.  The alloy tablets will contain the necessary pH-effecting chemicals so that when the mixture is added to water, hydrogen bubbles out at a particular rate.  The hydrogen then runs whatever application for which it is required -- on demand.  No storage necessary.

The theory of how this is accomplished is not yet fully developed.  "The polar positioning of the metals somehow results in the changing of the properties of the metal," said Seigel.   The alloy apparently "creates a magnetic field" that is involved in catalyzing the splitting of the hydrogen from the two oxygen molecules of water.

In the past, they were having problems with oxidation -- or scumming -- of the alloy.  They have resolved this now with the addition of a "promotor" in the mix.  Oxygen combines with the alloy in the reaction.  Thus the alloy is eventually spent and requires replacement.

Seigel said they could either use fuel rods or fuel pellets, but that rods would be too bulky and cumbersome to replace.  "Rather than putting petrol in your car, you will be putting pellets in," he said.  The addition of water is negligible.

The raw materials for the secret alloy are found in abundance and will be easy to produce in mass quantities if this technology should become widespread. "No high-energy process is required in obtaining the alloy -- only mining," said Seigel.  Two of the metals are found ubiquitously in many mine tailings.

He envisions a bladder system that would add or remove water from the reaction in order to start and stop the production of hydrogen.

Seigel said the system would be fitted with a pressure release valve to prevent the build-up of hydrogen in the case of a malfunction or wreck.  The intake on their engine designed to run on hydrogen "requires less than one atmosphere of pressure.  A build-up of pressure would merely be vented off into the air."

After the alloy pellets have reacted with water, they are inert and can be used in a number of different ways.

Seigel envisions using this environmentally safe end-product as fly ash in concrete or as a chelator in soil.  He anticipates that the university testing will give them additional ideas about how the spent product can be made useful as well.

Testing

Though AEC is satisfied with the testing they have done on the hydrogen generating system, they are in process of finishing the preparatory paperwork with a national testing laboratory to run a gamut of tests on the alloy.

"We are not waiting for the results of these tests before proceeding," said Seigel. "We already know what the alloy will do.  We are having them do the testing to provide independent validation as well as possibly some additional characterization data by which we can further optimize the performance of the alloy."

A university with nuclear science specialty will also be analyzing and the alloy and theorizing how the process takes place.

AEC requests that the names of the testing laboratory and university not be revealed at this time as the paper work is not yet complete for the arrangement.

Electricity Generation

AEC has secured the rights to an internal combustion engine that is designed to run on hydrogen.  "Such an engine requires considerable change" from the carbon-based fossil-fuel driven engine, said Blaine Froats, Chairman of AEC.  "It has to be fuel-injected, and you can't allow any oil to get into the chambers."

The special engine also comes with a specially designed alternator to match it for the generation of DC electricity.

AEC is working on implementing several applications, from an electricity generating unit for industrial, commercial and home power, to an electrical system to supply an electric vehicle -- all from water, and the input of their proprietary alloy.  They expect to be able to do this all at costs that are lower than comparable petrol systems.

Seigel envisions a 5 kilowatt home power unit that would help diminish the peak load burden of a home on the power grid.  "You get enough homes with these, and you don't have to build the next power plant," he said.

Seigel anticipates alpha testing of their home power units within three months, followed by beta testing in the field for eighteen months prior to market introduction.  "It could be more than that," he said.

Presently they are focused on building their company management infrastructure.

Last Tuesday they
announced a venture with Feel Good Cars to retrofit the ZENN electric car with one of their on-demand hydrogen systems.

EEscam Signs a Manufacturing Joint Venture and a Supply Agreement with Power Symmetry

EEscam fraud story is continuing.  The people who are aiding and abetting in con artist Dick Weir's scam want you to forget about the joint venture Dick Weir signed with Power Symmetry Nov. 21, 2013 to supply EESUs for utility grid applications.  Ian Clifford not once mentioned anything about EEscam delivering EESUs to Power Symmetry at ZENN's 2015 AGM.  Now Ian Clifford and his peddlers (Fibbie) want you to believe there are capacitor companies who can't wait to sign a joint venture with The EEscam Corp for it's "disruptive capacitor".

In case you missed the EEScam Power Symettry press release (documented and date stamped for future litigation purposes),

EEStor signs Memorandum of Understanding with Power Symmetry Inc. for Utility Grid Applications license worth in excess of $20 million

SOURCE EEStor, Inc.
CEDAR PARK, Texas, Nov. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EEStor, Inc. ("EEStor") and Power Symmetry Inc. ("Power Symmetry") of Toronto, Canada are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") toward an exclusive license for Utility Grid Applications in Canada and Africa. The license, if all milestone payments are reached, would result in EEStor collecting more than $20 million in license fees. Power Symmetry has paid for the first two milestones and now enters into an exclusive negotiation with EEStor to produce the definitive agreements necessary for implementation of the license.
The MOU also outlines a manufacturing joint venture ("JV") and supply agreement between EEStor and Power Symmetry, whereby the JV will produce EEStor's proprietary and patented Electrical Energy Storage Units ("EESUs") configured for Power Symmetry and their customers.
Power Symmetry will provide the necessary capital funding (to a maximum of $100 million) to construct the production facility in Canada. EEStor will provide the technology and the designs for the production facility, including a commitment for continual upgrades for the facility in terms of product energy density and efficiencies. The production facility, when fully operational, will produce between a minimum of 1000 Megawatt hours ("MWh") and a maximum of 5000 MWh of energy storage capacity on an annual basis. Power Symmetry will have a right of first refusal to purchase all the energy storage production from the JV at a price of no more than $200 per kilowatt hour. EEStor and Power Symmetry will share in the profitability of the JV. Power Symmetry alone will earn revenues from distributing and/or using energy storage capacity purchased from the JV.
The immediate next step is to conclude negotiations and sign definitive agreements based on the details in the MOU. Milestones in the license will include meeting the initial technological specifications, which include a minimum energy density of the dielectric layer used in the EESU, a maximum leakage amount over 12 hours, and cycle-ability measures. Further milestones include delivery by EEStor of energy storage components (multilayer preproduction units) for verification testing and scale units for field testing verification. These and other milestones will trigger further payments by Power Symmetry to EEStor.
A typical usage of energy storage would see Power Symmetry (alone or with partners) buying power from producers, or from electrical grids, using the solid-state energy storage solutions produced by the JV to store purchased electricity and then resell the electric power to the electrical grid and/or power users at a later time. Electrical power would be purchased and stored at night when wholesale electricity prices are relatively low and resold at daytime prices when wholesale electrical prices are generally higher. The efficiency of the solid-state electrical storage devices (loss through leakage will be under 15% over such a time period) provides daily profit opportunities, while the solid-state construction of the electrical storage devices means a significantly longer installation life when compared to chemical battery storage solutions, which lose efficiency on every charge/discharge cycle and ultimately require replacement. Power Symmetry may also sell configured electrical energy storage solutions to commercial, corporate and residential power users to implement the same power cost management activity for themselves, with their own on-site electrical storage.
Mr. Kevin Spall, Founder and CEO of Power Symmetry Inc. said "Our group has identified the fundamental production and lifecycle cost advantages of the EEStor solid-state energy storage solution. We look forward to working with EEStor in delivering an extremely price competitive power buffering and storage solution first into the Canadian electricity market and longer term, into Africa."
Mr. Richard Weir, President of EEStor, Inc. said "Our proprietary and patented solid-state energy storage technology has many applications in many different markets. This Memorandum of Understanding is an effective model for us to acquire the capital needed to implement our expansion. Partnering with Power Symmetry will also provide implementation knowledge that will be critical for EEStor in entering the global grid balancing markets and our other markets in the future."

Time to Revisit AFRL EMAILS / DOD Refused to Fund EESTOR

Click here to read how Tom Villars and Brennan Joseph Murphy (AKA B/eestorblog) LIED to DOE Chicago Office-Office of Chief Counsel.

I am re-posting these Air Force Research Laboratory emails obtained through FOIA because I want to remind everyone how Dick Weir, CEO of EESTOR dicked around the AFRL for more than six years, lol.  I deleted the email addresses of the AFRL personnel so they would not be harassed by Brennan Joseph Murhpy the eestor news blogger's team of EESCAM pumpers.
There never was and never will be EESUs meeting the 7466536 patent specs!  That's where the fraud begins. If you would like to know why EESTOR's '536 patent is fraudulent, read a book titled "The Arts of Truth" written by Dr. Rud Istvan.  The book is a fun read, thought provoking  and interesting.  There is one chapter going into detail of why EESTOR's '536 patent is fraudulent.  The grass eating snake analogy in the book will open your eyes.   "The Arts of Truth" is an ebook available at Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble Nook, or at iBooks at the Apple store.

slick scheme and how long he has been able to keep it going. Patent or not, he has never
produced a prototype that anyone has seen, and there are good reasons he hasn't; the design
approach is not feasible based on very basic physics and materials characteristics. See
attached note from several years ago, same, same today. I remember having numerous
communications with Dick Weir and could never get him to provide any test data, samples,
anything real, etc. He said that he had some samples but they were lost and he couldn't find
them. At that time he was looking for a few M$ to set up a production line, and couldn't be
bothered making just a mere sample. As time went on he managed to convince them what has the money to back him based on the production line story. Zenn motors & L‐M. He was supposed to deliver a unit to Zenn a couple of years ago, now it is promised in late 09, ha ha, of course he will need some for additional funding to get the production line operational. Still can't believe that L‐M was taken in by his bull shit and no prototype."

the intervening years he managed to get millions from Zenn Motors, L‐M and various venture
capitalists. To this very date he has never produced a single working sample of the
dielectric, nor has Northrop Grumman. A simple analysis of the various recipes conflicts
with basic physics and the known characteristics of the materials; unless we allow for a
slight modification in the speed of light. Of course this is something that we must ignore to
avoid offending those who have faith in this cult of electro‐pornographic fiction. We are all
waiting with bated breath for the messiah to return from space with sample in hand and
without the millions of dollars, well spent of course."

DOD REFUSED TO FUND EESTOR

Dear -----,
About three weeks ago I told you that Dick Weir (EESTOR) called me and invited me to a demonstration of the efficiency of his energy store; I declined the invitation and deferred to you.   Just now I was called by  Joseph Murphy, who identified himself as an EESTOR news “blogger” ( for the sake of something to call him).  He wanted me to tell all about what I thought of EESTOR and Dick Weir; I declined of course; but did say that if Public Affairs approved I would give him a dump.  Actually, after second thought, I don’t think I should say anything because of possible liability issues.  He did mention that he spoke to several SANDIA people who were also invited, but didn’t  elaborate.  He also said that previously he called --- ------- but she declined to discuss the matter.   I don’t know how he got my name, but evidently he has access to a list of people who were invited as well as others.  He also tried to bait me by commenting that EESTOR was a scam and a violation of physics, I did not respond.

Yup.  Im guessing he has a list of people to bug.  And I did decline.  I did not give him your name.
I remember some press out there a while back when EESTOR was getting their Angel Venture Funding where someone claimed the DoD was trying to prevent this technology from becoming a commercial product because it was so great(paraphrase).  In reality, the DoD declined funding EESTOR at the level that they desired (several tens of million $$) and recommended they put in a SBIR proposal to prove they have something worth funding - Mainly because they are full of it.
Anyhow, I can just imagine the way any criticism of EESTOR would be twisted by the press.

How did Brennan Joseph Murphy, the EESTOR news blogger evidently get access to a list of people who were invited as well as others by Dick Weir if DW is a secretive (according to Zenn CEO Kofman) person?  That is a bunch of BS by Kofman.

BTW-Dick Weir never put in a SBIR proposal to DOD to prove they have something worth funding.  Indeed EESTOR is full of shit, lol.

Lies, Lies, Lies Revisited 2012

Has any of the LIES changed in this EESCAM story since December 2009?  Has EESTOR delivered one, not two, just one EESU to Zenn which meets the '536 patent specs?  Has anyone with or without a bag on his head witnessed an EESU meeting the '536 specs within the last 20 years?  The apologist and enabler of EESTOR's fraud, Brennan Joseph Murphy, the eestor news blogger with the bag on his head, AKA "B", eestorblog, and or Baghead, hasn't change one bit.  He wants you to believe he has just been an innocent reporter reporting the EESCAM story.  Brennan seems to forgotten about the Air Force Research Laboratory emails.

The following is an example of how Brennan is an apologist and enabler of EESCAM's fraud; nothing has changed since December 2009:

Default Lies Lies Lies By Dick Weir, Tom Weir, Ian Clifford, And Pumping Of EESCAM by Baghead

Since Lyle likes to blog about EESCAM, I would like to remind everyone we went through the same lies and BS in 2008 by Dick Weir, Tom Weir, Ian Clifford, and the pumping of EESCAM by Baghead.

In a blog by Lyle October 27th, 2008 (Update From EEStor CEO Richard Weir: No EESU Delivery in 2008) Dick Weir stated EESCAM will not deliver anything to Zenn 08 due to funding issues. Then Baghead (blogger with bag over his head) pumper of EESCAM posted a blogWed, 29 Oct 2008 with a bunch of BS pumping EESCAM is scheduled to deliver 08. Baghead wrote:
"Those predicting EEStor tricks were quick to devour GM-Volt.com's recent report that there would be no EESU's delivered in 2008. Many other blogs and even the New York Times (for God's sake) covered this tricky story and cited funding issues as the reason for the delay. Skeptics of EEStor's claims, (many of whom have set up camp at TheEEStory.com) reveled gluttonously in the supposed news indicating it was further proof that EEStor will not deliver on it's claims. But was this pre-halloween celebration a bit premature? Yes.", and commented on the last sentence of the blog, "Attention bloggers and reporters busy correcting your previous stories, don't forget to cite the source.".

YES BAGHEAD, I DIDN'T FORGET THE PEOPLE WHO YOU CITED THE SOURCE OF YOUR LIES AND THE PUMPING OF EESCAM WHICH YOU ARE STILL DOING TILL THIS DAY.
For those of you that are new to the EESCAM story, the following sums up the story, courtesy of Steve Pluvia:
"EEStor is nothing more than a vehicle for a Canadian pump-n-dump, specifically Zenn Motors. Zenn has a powerful Canadian hype team supported by a crooked bucket shop (Paradigm Capital), paid promoters and degenerate gamblers."

The following Air Force Research Laboratory email was obtained through a FOIA request; AFRL email addresses deleted so they would not be harassed by anonymous bloggers with bag on their heads:

Subject: Fwd: EEStor Research Request
Hello,
I am conducting research into the feasibility of technology being advanced by a company
called EEStor Inc., located in Cedar Park, TX for an article I hope to publish. This
technology was mentioned in a DoD article authored by Larry Triola at the Naval Surface
Warfare Center in October 2008:

http://www.dtic.mil/ndia/2009power/may6LTriola.pdf
I am seeking to speak with persons knowledgeable about EEStor's technology and the
surrounding material science. If you know of someone who is familiar with EEStor or the
underlying technology that can speak with me, please contact me at the email address below
with any instructions for next steps.
If you are simply interested in offering a pointer or comment concerning EEStor, it would be
much appreciated. Also, if you may be able to comment on EEStor at a future date, please let
me know. Alternatively, if you would be interested in receiving updates on my research,
please let me know.
Very Respectfully,
B

"Never was, and never will be"

The following is NanoCarbons' opinion on Zenn's press release, 6/21/12.
"I think the press release was written by lawyers to avoid lawsuits. It does not solve Zenn's problem.
EEStor did not perform (again), so this provides more legally vetted excuses. Now 5 years worth.  Pricing adjustments and additional shares will not solve Zenn's basic problem that there is no there, there. Never was, and never will be. The basic physics and economics were publicly made clear by myself (gratis) back in 2008 to anyone who cared to investigate."

NanoCarbons Comment on EESTOR's May 15 Press Release

Also comments on Versant Partners' and Paradigm Capital's ZMC Research Update.

"1. The May 15 EEStor announcement contains nothing new, and was disappointingly expected.
a. 3500V dieletric withstand is not new.  What was surprising is that it took EEStor until 2012 to claim. There have been 4000V commercial parts available at least since 2004. But not near the capacitance EEStor requires.
b. EEStor has not yet got the claimed permittivity to store the promised energy. Basic physics and the VCC of all MLCC say they will never will. Neither their prior announcement (>purity) or their present announcement (optimizing barrier layers of aluminum oxide) have to do with this basic physics. Read Feynman's Lectures on Physics, V2, chapters 10 and 11-7. EEStor disavowed new physics. Yet to achieve their goals they must find some.
c. The fact that EEStor does not yet have the bespoke energy density (E=1/2 CV^2) strongly suggests that their 2004 patent application (with PET void filler) data was fabricated rather than measured. This was previously proven using at least two other independent means. Else, EEStor would have replicated the result by now on some scale.
2. Versant's comments reflect negligent ignorance. To whit, "single layer eesu". EEStor's own flawed application requires about 100 layers per component, and >31000 components per EESU! The fact that single layers are now 20 microns rather than the 2004 application's 8u, meaning more than twice the CMBT, twice the volume, and twice the weight (and cost), was totally ignored by Versant. That can only be construed as willful ignorance, given the importance of EESU economics to Zenn, and the previous public discussion of these issues by myself and others.
3. Paradigm's comments say 'show significant progress'. In reality, there has been none since 2008. Paying an additional $500k for 'unobtanium' does not reflect building shareholder value. It reflects another round of pump and dump, as reflected in Paradigm's price chart. Plus, their investment thesis is Zenn's rights last until patents expire. Except, as previously shown elsewhere, the patents are invalid due to inequitable conduct (specifically, attesting to experimental data that could not possibly be true.) And that is public knowledge per previous postings on this and other sites, using only publicly available data.
I note that Jacob's Securities is curiously absent in this round of press, yet were the tout in 2009. As previously noted to you, they did not want to take my calls, and were adamant about not publishing again on Zenn.
Res ipso locitur.
